Novara Law Acquires Feuer Bruening, P.C. of Troy

Novara Tesija Catenacci McDonald & Baas, PLLC (Novara Law) announces the acquisition of Feuer Bruening, P.C., a Troy, Mich.-based firm known for its defense of insurance companies, health care professionals, businesses, and police officers. Lawyers Scott Feuer and Jennifer Bruening will join the firm as partners in Insurance Defense and Litigation effective August 1, 2021.

Scott Feuer has 36 years of experience in defending insurance companies, their insureds and self-insured entities. His practice concentrates on the defense of high exposure litigation involving complex medical malpractice cases, catastrophic personal injury cases and fraudulent claims. He also handles a wide variety of civil defense matters including professional licensing, police misconduct, wrongful incarceration, liquor liability and general liability.

Jennifer Bruening has nearly two decades’ experience in litigation and has spent more than 15 years defending insurance companies and their insureds, including general liability, liquor liability, and medical malpractice. Her practice includes all aspects of civil litigation and includes professional licensing, defense of civil rights claims, police misconduct, and first- and third-party automobile liability.
