Partner Frederick Livingston Receives Michigan Defense Trial Counsel President’s Award

Novara, Tesija, Catenacci, McDonald, & Baas PLLC congratulates Partner Frederick V. Livingston on receiving the 2023 President’s Special Recognition Award from the Michigan Defense Trial Counsel (MDTC), the state’s premier organization for lawyers representing individuals and corporations in civil litigation.

The MDTC President’s Special Award is given in recognition of tireless and exceptional leadership and extraordinary contributions to the mission and goals of MDTC. Livingston has served on the the board of directors since 2021 and secretary of the executive committee. He is a regular moderator and presenter at the MDTC’s summits and training sessions.

He is a member of Novara Law’s Insurance Defense Group. He focuses his practice on insurance defense litigation, with an emphasis on premise liability matters, automobile negligence cases, workers' compensation, and First-Party No-Fault cases, many of which involve fraud and excessive medical treatment.
