Brian Meyer brings nearly two decades of experience handling all aspects of insurance defense, commercial litigation and appeals.
Overview
At both trial and on appeal, Brian has focused his practice on representing individuals and companies in matters including construction defects, automobile negligence, trucking litigation, No-Fault Personal Injury Protection (PIP) benefits, premises liability, insurance coverage, and professional malpractice claims.
He has provided legal guidance to clients including insurance companies, general contractors, design professionals, property owners, and manufacturers, in all aspects of their work, from contract review to appellate proceedings.
Prior to beginning his civil litigation career, Brian served five years in the United States Navy Judge Advocate General’s Corps, where he provided legal counsel to senior military commanders on issues including statutory compliance, international law, and military justice, in both the United States and overseas.
He also litigated countless felony and misdemeanor cases including financial crimes, rape, child sexual abuse, and alien smuggling, in military court and in Federal District Court as a Special Assistant United States Attorney (SAUSA).
