Overview
Eisha Vatsal began her career at a subrogation company, negotiating settlements for Medicaid and Medicare insurers. From there, she gained experience in workers’ compensation, personal injury, and insurance defense, representing numerous individuals and insurers throughout Michigan in state and federal courts.
Eisha has obtained countless dismissals and settlements of PIP, third-party, and Assigned Claims lawsuits due to her attention to detail, effective negotiation skills, and dedication to her clients. She currently focuses her practice on defending insurance companies in first-party auto No-Fault (PIP), third-party auto negligence, insurance coverage disputes, Michigan Assigned Claims Plan (MACP) Servicing Insurer Defense, and MACP Servicing Insurer Subrogation.
