Overview
Mina Zaky focuses his practice on the defense of insurance companies, self-insured corporations and businesses in a wide variety of civil litigation, including first-party auto No-Fault (PIP), third-party auto negligence, insurance coverage disputes, Michigan Assigned Claims Plan (MACP) Servicing Insurer Defense, and MACP Servicing Insurer Subrogation.
Mina gained considerable experience while working on various legal matters for nearly four years as a law clerk and paralegal at a boutique law firm. His diligence, attention to detail, and attentiveness to client needs are second to none. The same goes for his work product, integrity, and work ethic. Mina has demonstrated these qualities through his work for Oakland Mediation Center, the Cooley Innocence Project, and as a conflict analyst in a significant merger project.
