No-Cause Verdict in Wayne County Circuit Court for a Novara Insurance Client

Congratulations to Partners Jill Peterson and Tim Kubik for receiving a No-Cause verdict in Wayne County Circuit Court before Judge Ewell.

The Plaintiff claimed over $500,000 in No-Fault benefits and over $175,000 in interest, as well as injuries to his neck, back, and a shoulder surgery.

This was a hard-fought victory, with an appeal to the Michigan Court of Appeals before trial commenced. After 30 minutes of deliberation, the jury returned a unanimous verdict of no injury.
